What does animal care mean?

When you take on a care role, you regularly look after one of our animals — without owning them. You help with daily care, spend time with the animal, and take pressure off our team. This is especially valuable for animals with special needs.

What you would do:

Grooming – brush and care for the animals
Short walks or leading exercises
Petting, attention, and companionship
Help with stable work

Who we are looking for:

Reliable, animal-loving people
1–2 times a week during stable hours
No prior experience needed — just a big heart

Horse

Whitney ist unsere 31-jährige Ponystute und ein echtes Herzenstier. Sie kam stark abgemagert und mit eingeschränkter Bewegungsfähigkeit zu uns — heute lebt sie glücklich auf unserem Hof in der Rhön. Sie erhält regelmäßige Physiotherapie, wird mit speziellem Kraftfutter aus Heucobs versorgt (da sie aufgrund von Zahnproblemen kein normales Heu mehr fressen kann) und steht kurz vor einer dringenden Zahnbehandlung. Whitney sucht liebevolle Paten und Pflegebeteiligte, die ihr auf dem Weg in eine beschwerdefreie Rente begleiten.
